Chef Aronia works closely with his wife Akiko, a splendid and dynamic team effort, they manage their small restaurant in central Tokyo. While Aronia participates in Dom Perignon’s events worldwide he still concentrates on his own concepts connected to the way of tea. He places special care and consideration, thoughtfulness to his kitchen labor, a labor of love. On his stage, he concentrates as clients watch him add the finishing touches to a dish.
