As we get ready for Italy, we start to imagine funghi et Tartufo, a combination that works well. The seasons are weather dependent, last year we suffered a harsh truffle season, as you can see the truffles are small and edgy. All we need is some rotten weather, not too cold, some salt, olio and drink.
