I enjoyed tasting this wine, a deep rich and mature Brunello, Col D’Orcia is a well-known producer in Montalcino. Last night at Oste Filippo (in Albaretto) we tried it with great pleasure. My view is this wine is still holding and accompanies the cuisine of Piemonte but it will begin to fad in some years and become history, like all wines.
