The wine showed some signs of age and travelled from far away. The neck was cracked when we removed the cork. We had no choice but to decant it through a cheese cloth. It had a nice aged accent of summer Rhone fruit. It was still fresh and was delicious, refreshing to have a Rhone wine 23 years old.
