Ika in Greece is the largest social insurance institute and is not the same as IKA chocolates. We adore chocolate and taste it whenever we can.
Recently we were given a box of Israeli chocolates (pre-war) by a friend who traveled to Tel Aviv. I expected more, not in terms of variety but in terms of taste. I felt that these chocolates lacked emotion and fell short of excellent.
The packing seems costly and professional and it seems to be a copy-kat project with a set of chocolate making skills behind it. After checking their site, it seems obvious that these owners have seen most quality chocolates made in France but cannot quite get it.
