What about a martini twist, so what about a martini. In Japan a martini made by a bartender is like a bridge being constructed by an engineer.

Bartenders spend 10, maybe 20 minutes, carving individual cubes out of blocks of ice. After liquids and ice are poured into a shaker, bartenders achieve the right temperature and texture; hence the perfect martini.
