In the TAF laboratory, I met Chris a TAF barrista, a casually detailed coffee fanatic he knows what he’s doing and he isn’t a contender to the world champion without the skin of a champ! We spent three hours together in the TAF laboratory, we laughed in between measuring TDS (total dissolved solids) and other aspects of the coffee, trying to make the perfect espresso.
