There are literally thousands of wine producers located around Cabrerolles, the rustic Cévennes foothills, in the northwest corner of the increasingly exciting Faugères appellation – southwest of France.
A perfect white, round, no hard edges and filled with plenty of ripe and fresh fruit. A perfect afternoon wine under the sunshine, or under an umbrella waiting for the rain to stop. This wine is a blend of roussanne, grenache blanc and vermentino – I think it has a perfect sensibility about it.
