Cusumano Winery is run by two brothers whose value innovative wines. The grapes in this wine are grown in clay-based soil throughout the rolling hills of Presti e Pegni. Malolactic fermentation in done stainless steel, and a period in contact with the lees for at least 5 months.The spicy yet subtle flavors of this Merlot are smooth, an excellent wine.
