I have always adored rice pudding, from my early travels to New York, I used to go to the Viand, a restaurant I consider to be worthy of a lunch trip. Located on Madison Avenue, there you’ll find Greeks making some of the best, richest rice pudding. The plain version without any raisins added, and a touch of cinnamon.
