This is tuna frozen through to the bone, imported fish keeps growing in demand and tuna are being over fished globally. While I am a sushi fanatic, or at least I adore quality nigiri, I can’t stop thinking about the day when I’ll quite. It’s not because of that fact that I’ll be bored, but because the way tuna are being exploited makes me sick.
