I love this Champagne – it has bubbles and fruit lifestyle. This wine on the palate has Pinot Noir’s creamy freshness, and minerality of Chardonnay. A blend of 50% chardonnay from Avize, 25% pinot noir from Ambonnay and 25% pinot noir from Aÿ.
