Garden Grapes Rucola

Avoid balsamico at all costs and supplement it with citrus such as lime or lemon. Take some garden grapes and put them in the oven at 80°C for 30+ minutes – then remove them when warm and add to fresh garden rucola with some freshly sliced ginger. The end result is a vibrant rucola salad which is often made with parmesan cheese.
