Although I have tried it, I am told that in Turin you’ll find a regional producer of fine chocolate namely Guido Gobino. He claims  priority in creating local products such as the Turin Giandujotto. But since the early 90′s, a major restructuring of production processes has led to a new generation of chocolate with respecting the ancient recipes of Torino.
