The dinner was for a small group of Oenophiles, it was in a white space with concrete walls, and set up to host a small group of Dom Perignon’s best clients. A small group of 16 tasted a menu created by the genius of Dom Perignon, Mr. Richard Geoffroy, the creator and Chef de Cave of Dom Perignon.
He dreamed his vision of foods and colors that complement the subtle flavors of Dom Perignon’s Champagne.
The dinner was planned with color and sensation, taste and opportunity to discover. Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 is the first Vintage to be discovered by way of Dark Revelation. yellow – rice and saffron
green – matcha
red – caviar and hibiscus
black – seared foie gras
The evening was memorable, the Champagne incredible and the experience to share a vision of Richard, his ideas was as always fun and interesting. Voila, another great Dom Perignon.
