Vino da Meditazione, non! Reciotto is a sweet red wine made from the “appassimento” method of drying grapes on straw mats before fermentation.  This process increases sugar levels which leads to a fuller bodied wine and a good amount of residual sweetness, but it also gives aromas of raisins, and dried plums. But @ a price of $400 in a restaurant this is absolute nonsense. I would pass unless you are being invited especially at these prices!
