Hey, why is sushi so desirable when the world’s oceans are so polluted. We destroy what we are, the earth shakes with anger, the sky fills with water, and the sun warms us with fear. Then there is the other-side, the irritable sushi, consumed more than McDonald’s Big Macs.

I have seen invited umpteen times to try sushi, in Japan and outside of Japan. Yes the sushi outside is not to compare but even in Japan, we have so many sushi bars, counters and tables that are not worthy of the trade. Yet there is an abundance of sushi addicts trying to get their fix.
The next time you decide to try a sea scallop, this is the way it is supposed to look, clean, lean and perfect in proportion.
