“sticky meat syndrome”

What sounds easy, is easy.

When cooking a 500 gram steak you probably tried to cook it but it sticks partway through the process. You then take the BBQ thongs while trying to loosen the meat to flip it, it resists.

For those of you who suffer the “sticky meat syndrome”, I suggest you use the simple technique named twist and turn, where you do not permit the meat to get sticky given you are constantly turning and twisting the steak preventing the meat from becoming uneven on the cooking surface. At the same time, there is no surface cooling which helps the meat cook more evenly.
