These mushrooms intrigue me; happy and together with blue feet. These pair of mushrooms come from France and are superb in texture and aroma. When mushrooms are fresh they can be amongst the most interesting foods. But why do we get attracted to mushrooms and why do so many people find the urge to pick wild mushrooms in the forest and then feed them to their family. In some cases they innocently kill the entire family.
