I tasted this wine together with Shin and his family the owner of one of the finest Korean restaurants in Tokyo. He carried hanger beef and I cooked it while he sipped the 2003 Chateauneuf-du-Pape. It was typical of the region and had plenty of animal and fruit smothering the glass. The wine was not over ripe and is a wine I enjoyed. (93+Points)
