I am not sure if juice is juicy enough for the young and modern Japanese because they seem to prefer “junk juice” – those juices that are filled with sugary syrup and regular convenience. I have the feeling that this juice bar (good intentions) will have a hard time to survive. The owner is nice and the juices are pretty good but it take much more to make it.
