Roasted pork can be found at most any Chinese restaurant. But this pork was blood-red and almost looks artificially colored. We never know but doubtfully this is colored and is just the glaze and slow cooking that makes it look so glassy. It had a good flavor and did not make me feel bad after dinner. If you go to look for a decent Chinese restaurant go here as I give it a fingers up.
