The season has opened and despite the early season the truffles are pretty damn good! I tasted these with scrambled eggs made by a friend at his home over an intimate brunch. The cooking technique is really right when right. I will share it later but for now just look at the gorgeous eggs and black Périgord truffles – just awesome!
