Well it is not really a toast but instead a fresh baguette cut and a slice of truffle added on top. The center of the truffle has a few drops of olive oil to give your palate some contrast to the taste of the truffle. Either a little salt or olive oil or butter adds a dimension of taste. The butter is perhaps the best additive when tasting black truffles but this time virgin olive oil.
