White Bread Forever – Tokyo

Each day I pass the bread in any supermarket, I am amazed at the white bread. I rarely try it, but I do buy it. Anyway, the bread is sliced in bags of 4/6/8 slices and this is all done according to the bread thickness. After searching the bread’s components, I realized the ingredients are straight forward.

Here it is:

Cameria Nisshin Flour Milling Inc. 100.0%
Yeast Oriental Yeast., Ltd. 2.0%
Yeast food Oriental Yeast., Ltd. 0.1%
Sugar 6.0%
Salt 2.0%
De-fatted skim milk 2.0%
Shortening 5.0%
Water 70.0%
