Tsugane Chardonnay by Yamanashi Kitamori and it is wow-wee: this is quite exceptional chardonnay and it is crafted in Japan in Nagano Prefecture. The wine color is deep golden and unfiltered. The fruit was ripe yet the wine holds a crisp acidity that delivers a long finish. It is eco-friendly and no capsule except a sticky paper capsule strip. I can’t wait to try it again. (93+ Points)
