Magic Touch Le Musee – Hokkaido

This guy can cook! Seriously we were surprised to enjoy kaki, one if our least favorite shell-fish. But this chef has the magic touch and it was delightful! The kaki was cut and atop was a lemon sorbet with a fresh lemon aside to gently squeeze for a citrus combination of sweet and sour. The combination was executed with a simple idea but very cleaver.
