Spooning Love

It looks weird but it all depends where you are: I am at a house in the jungle where they only have spoons, so I use spoons with love. The key is glazing the surface with a certain heat to caramelize the steak’s surface. It is easy, take medium heat and start out by browning the steak and turn up the heat slowly in order that you “maillard” the meat, at 140+ centigrade. Once you are done the meat is colored, you set aside the steak until you are ready for the oven at 160-180 centigrade.
