When in Singapore do as the Singaporeans do and go to eat Taiwanese cuisine. One of my best experiences is at Din Tai Fung, a well know chain of restaurants through Asia. The business is run like a clock work, service excellent and staff friendly and helpful. I begin to wonder how a chain can hand make dumplings with such a standard and here it is.
