Mauro Colagreco, is a top level professional passionate about his work, (owns a Marrone Kitchen) and he is joined in Tokyo by service veteran Rie Yasui a Michelin recipient for her work.

Its her warm heart that helps carries cycles service in Tokyo and with chef Yuhei Miyamoto at the helm, it all flows smoothly.
