Nyora

The Nyora pepper comes from the west part of Spain near the tail end of the country. The pepper is unique both in size and shape adding an element of interest to the dish. In a place named Extremadura because it embodies landscapes that are both picturesque capturing the sun dusted plains of Spain, or the scattered trees with falling acorns that feed the best known Iberico pigs. Here the population is small at 25 people per square kilometer and there are more pigs than humans.
