This is very interesting extra Virgin oil but perhaps adulterated. It has lycopene added to it. The properties of lycopene are worthy of looking into and when the Mayo clinic writes about it, I take a second look-see; http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/lycopene/NS_patient-lycopene

Although the testing is mostly in labs, and not on humans, I figure it is still better than nothing. The only thing to consider is how they extract the lycopene, and whether or not the properties in this oil are as valuable as the natural in a tomato, and I doubt it. But the color is very cool to use on foods.
