I walked into a 5-star hotel in Florence to find a beer bottle that caught my eye. I was surprised to find it was Italian and not made by Belgium Monks.
Iacopo Lenci, founder of the Brùton brewery in Lucca, after spending some time in London, where he consumed ales, his interest began to become much more serious. When he moved back to Tuscany, instinctively, in the land of the Sangiovese, he chose hops, barley and malt. He and his business partner blend traditional brewing methods to make a beer in Italy a delight.
