Gazpacho Mykonos

Gazpacho

The gazpacho with parsley oil. Vitaprep a bunch of parsley and grape seed oil 150ml and blitz and stop once it is puree and put it into a pan until it splits with a slow heat. Tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, garlic and soaked white bread in water, salt olive oil and blitz it and strain it. Awesome!
