Looking back, we travelled last year to Tasmania where we pictured the seals and fairy penguins at the most southern part of Australia. During our trip there we traveled by car and ferry to Bruny island where you can find some niche raw materials. Pictured above, the Pepper Berry is so different to those peppers you find in south Eastern Asia. This is more aromatic, fruity and the taste is unique.
