Located on Kemankes Caddesi 31, Karakoy you can find the newly opened chic restaurant operating on the roof top of an office building. The owner admits it was risky but the location is excellent and the views nice. The cuisine is a mix between modern and described as classical Turkish, this is not a classical kitchen at all.

The menu is contemporary and many of the foods seem Mediterranean. I know I sound as if I contradict myself but go there and try it. The cuisine is good and the service was excellent.
