This is a Tocai produced in Collio, it is a 2011 vintage, produced from a vineyard facing southwest and 30 kilometers from the sea. It was stunned by being served too cold. It showed potential, wood accents and minerals. After it warmed up it had an elegant nose and reminded me a fine Burgundian white. In the end it had a small spearmint taste that I found a little odd. It changed a lot in the glass.
