There are so many impressive types of pots and pans to select from when shopping for kitchen crockery. It is true that I prefer ceramic coated pans as they are very easy to use and careful. When it comes to cooking and consistent heat I prefer my heavy cast iron black pans.
The colour black absorbs heat because it absorbs all light which is then converted into heat. The light absorbed by black material interacts with atoms and molecules causing the energy of the light to be converted into heat. Black surfaces thus are thus used in thermal collectors, in solar heaters and in construction of space shuttles. Black pans are also very practical in the kitchen and should be considered as a primary pan for cooking.
