
Under the direction of Alain Verzeroli, the kitchen at Joël Robuchon’s Chateau has been honored by the gastronomic elite, three Michelin stars, it continues to flourish, bringing many smiles to Japanese who dine there.
Alain’s smooth and controlled movements, his concentration and focus, in control of his kitchen, it takes his finesse to deliver three star cuisine day-in and day-out. I was fortunate enough to have Alain, his team and Chef Joël Robuchon prepared a fantastic black truffle dinner for a small group of friends – most impressive.
I can tell you that Michelin gets it right when it comes to French cuisine, this is something they truly understand.
