These are our first this winter truffles @ home – on eggs the way we like them. This year the black seem very good but admittedly I had better black last year. Perhaps my supplier is not doing his best, nevertheless the taste is intense and the taste is still superb. I will try some of my black truffles with selected fish, as soon as I can.
