Many deserts are so heavy, you feel as if you’ll explode. This was a desert that is classical Japanese, made with the finest domestic fruits, oranges and kiwi, a touch of mango puree all enclosed in a jelly. A nice simple, light and delicious taste to the end of a superb diner.
