Today I had a conversation with Harvard MBA Craig White, the founder of White Smoke Tokyo. Craig has closed his restaurant after the Tokyo fire brigade decided to douse his smoker, a smoking gun with icy water. Consequently the smokers’ firebox twisted from the heat change and became unusable. Sadly White Smoke is a goner in the retail business.
On another note, Greg, not Craig, Blonder, an inventor and author, he has his Ph.D. in Physics from Harvard University and his website is worthy of a good read.
