I started the blog just over a year and a few months ago. I post as much content as I can, when I have time to think, write, taste and post. Today at lunch I tasted Chu-Toro, a cut of the tuna, sweeter than most other tuna. TThe cut Chu is one of my favourite cuts, it varies from oily to less oily, lighter in colour to darker in colour. The cut and colour depend on the fish, size and area of the body it is cut from – 1701.
