Cogito @ Roppongi

You won’t find a nicer couple, the owners of Cogito a French restaurant in Roppongi, they are down to earth, and work hard to satisfy customers. The other night, we were invited to drink a bottle with the wine maker and co-gerant of Henri Roch’s domaine Prieure Roch.

The wine was served with wild deer ‘ezojika’ shot by Yamada san, who is an expert, he says with a smile, I only soot the neck. We look at his photos, he is a butcher by trade and he travels every weekend to hunt. The wine was still young and showed signs of needing more time to develop.
