Malaysian Ka-Boom

When an aircraft goes missing there are some obvious theories that include government involvement – always possible. The fear of the passengers is horrific, the thought of a plane tumbling from cruising altitude to a sudden plunge.

Theories running wild, so to keep it simple and rule out what is unlikely to happen; in-flight cabin terrorist attacks, suicide of the Captain, or bomb loaded into the aircraft’s cargo.

The explosion of an aircraft at impact leaves debris scattered all over the ocean. Most of the debris including suitcases, clothing and safety equipment should be easily detected. The chances of the aircraft diverting off course and landing in an unknown location is almost impossible – so what happened?

The fact that passengers have one way tickets and stolen passports should raise your eyebrows but isn’t enough to conclude terrorism. But if passengers can go under the radar of security then the chances of terrorism increases.

Ask yourself can two passengers plot to take down an aircraft and be successful – we shall see but I am doubtful. If it was a terrorist attack no one has laid claim to the attack – odd but it all depends on the motive.

It is anyone’s guess and once the in-flight recorder is found, it should be able to tell us what happened. My guess is they either find the aircraft by satellite in the next 48 hours or you had better consider alien intervention.
