Sakura @ Zōjō-ji

Zōjō-ji is a Buddhist temple in Tokyo, Japan. It is the Great Main Temple of the Chinzei branch of Jōdo-shū Buddhism. Zojoji was founded in 1393 and relocated to the present site in 1598 after Ieyasu Tokugawa, founder of the Tokugawa shogunate, entered Edo (present-day Tokyo) in 1590 to establish his provincial government.


Here are the Sakura flowers at the beginning of the Sakura season, the streets are filled with trees and flowers but today it rains, so the flowers will suffer – oh sakura.
