Green Power is in Green Tea but not only. There are so many foods that are energy enforcers and many are green and many from the sea. This is a recipe I developed yesterday, which is based on Japanese use of okra.
I took it and blanched it and then an ice bath. I opened them in halves and removed all the seeds which I set aside. Then I placed the halves in the mini cuisinart and spun it around by adding some dashi and some Spirulina. The end result a gooey mixture, which I served later by adding the Okra seeds back to the dish, and by adding cooked, it gave a crunchy sensation.
