I had a chance to try the Mandarin Oriental’s kitchen at lunch. A wise choice, the cuisine is very good, an obvious choice for many locals and foreigners travelling to Tokyo. We sampled a number of dishes including dim sum, and the signature, braised pork belly. The wine list has a good selection of wines including the Sauvignon Blanc by Jonata, a sure bet any day.
PS: not a bad view at all, just make sure it is a clear day – awesome!!!
