There is nothing quite like Mama’s handmade pasta, seen here being rolled out, pasta in the north of Italy is made with fresh egg and flour, hence its yellow in colour. This was pictured in a small Italian village located in Emilia Romagna. This popular Bolognese primo, or first course, is simply handmade cappeletti served in Brodo, a small cap filled with cheese and meat and served in a broth.
