The best, or one of the best markets in the area is on Saturdays and Tuesdays, on Saturday it is early am 0830, and Tuesdays it is afternoons. The carrots are featured this week, amazing colors, taste supreme and the size is incredible, as well as a crispy texture that needs good teeth.

Mix of every imaginable carrot colors, purple, red, white, even some orange. The skin red and the core a sweet and tasty yellow. The Red has high lycopene levels and I guess not much carotene in these carrots.
